Dixon Dalton

Mr. Dixon Dalton is a dynamic hospitality and human resources professional from Hyderabad, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) from Osmania University. With over 6 years of professional experience, including 4 years specializing in end-to-end recruitment, he brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and career-building expertise to LacSo IHM.

Mr. Dixon has worked with renowned multinational companies and recruitment clients such as Dell International, GE, Genpact, Satyam, HSBC, Sitel, AHS, and 24/7, serving several Fortune 500 companies in Hyderabad. His real-world exposure in corporate hiring and HR strategy enables him to guide students not just in academics, but also in interview preparation, personality development, and placement readiness.

He is passionate about training students to face interviews with confidence, equipping them with the professional skills required to excel in top 5-star hotel brands and international hospitality careers.

Abdul salam khan

Mr. Abdul Salam Khan Shahed is a passionate and experienced hospitality professional who brings industry excellence into the classroom. With a strong background in culinary operations, he has worked with prestigious hospitality brands such as Novotel and The Manohar Hotel, gaining real-time expertise in Indian, Continental, and Bakery cuisines.

Motivated by a desire to mentor young talent, he joined LacSo IHM in 2016 as a Senior Lecturer in the Food Production Department. Since then, he has been actively involved in both theory and practical training, shaping students into confident culinary professionals.

Mr. Shahed is known for his adaptive nature, hands-on teaching approach, and deep love for the profession. He focuses on instilling discipline, creativity, and technical precision in every student he trains.

Mrs. Usha is a dedicated and experienced faculty member in the Housekeeping Department at LacSo Institute of Hotel Management. With a strong foundation in hospitality operations and a passion for teaching, she plays a key role in nurturing the next generation of professional hoteliers.

She brings practical insights from the industry and ensures students gain hands-on expertise in areas such as cleanliness standards, guest room management, laundry operations, floral arrangements, public area maintenance, and hygiene protocols. Her teaching approach emphasizes discipline, attention to detail, and service excellence — the core values of the housekeeping profession.

Known for her friendly attitude and methodical training sessions, Mrs. Usha is admired by students for making even the smallest tasks meaningful and impactful in a hotel’s success.
