G Prabhakar Rao
Founder & Chairman
G. Prabhakar Rao is a visionary educationalist with over 25 years of experience in shaping careers and institutions. An alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kukatpally, he has been instrumental in establishing and successfully running more than nine educational institutions across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Driven by a mission to empower youth through skill-based education and global exposure, he founded the LacSo Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Hyderabad. His goal is to bridge the gap between education and employment by offering industry-aligned training and 100% foreign placement opportunities to every student.
Under his leadership, LacSo IHM has grown into one of the most promising hotel management colleges in Hyderabad, focused on academic excellence, discipline, and international career pathways.
